Jaskaran joined Jury O’Shea as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property department in October 2023. He was previously a partner in a high street firm prior to joining a city firm, leading and managing the property department at his previous firm.
Jaskaran has a vast experience of dealing with different property matters advising corporate entities, high net worth individuals and general individuals advising on all property matters including commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
In addition, he has significant experience in negotiating commercial property leases (both landlords and tenants) for offices, retail, and hospitality premises.
Jaskaran acts for lenders, family offices as well as small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs.

- Acting for acquisition of a freehold commercial in the heart of London to convert into a residential unit
- Acting for a private funder to fund on various building projects in London
- Acting on the refinance of assets for a business in need of raising funds with the threat of administration saving more than 100 jobs in the process

In his leisure time, Jaskaran enjoys sports, gym and socialising with family and friends.
