Kyle joined the Dispute Resolution team at Jury O’Shea LLP as a trainee solicitor in October 2023.
Within the wider Dispute Resolution team, Kyle advises international companies, commercial landlords and high net worth individuals on a range of commercial and property disputes.
Kyle’s background in property disputes includes possession claims, landlord and tenant disputes and lease renewal proceedings.
Working closely with senior fee earners, Kyle also advises clients on complex and high value civil claims and cross-border commercial litigation. His experience in commercial disputes spans debt recovery proceedings, insolvency, unfair prejudice petitions, contractual claims and shareholder disputes.
Kyle completed the first year of his training contract in a Real Estate seat where his primary clientele comprised high net worth Asian property investors. Kyle advised his clients on all nature of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and lease extensions. Kyle has previously acted on bulk deal transactions valued at £25 million.
Away from work, Kyle is an avid sportsman and regularly plays golf and cricket. Kyle also has competed in several amateur boxing bouts and enjoys training at his local club, when time permits.
