After graduating with a degree in Law and working for a number of years as a Business Analyst, Nazish qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.
Nazish’s experience gives her a great understanding of how businesses work from both a practical and legal standpoint, allowing her to consult across a wide range of residential and commercial property issues.
Nazish prides herself on offering clear, professional advice, while building a personal relationship with her clients, steering them around common pitfalls and providing guidance at every stage. She will always go the extra mile, taking the stress away from her client and allowing them to focus on their new venture.
Nazish works across large property portfolios, dealing with a range of legal matters, including sales purchase, remortgaging and lease extensions; often working closely with estate agents, financial advisers and mortgage brokers to find the most appropriate solution.
In addition to her residential experience, Nazish also represents private and commercial clients in commercial property matters such as business sales and acquisitions, commercial leases and landlord / tenant work.
Her past experience, combined with her unrivalled legal knowledge, allows Nazish to appreciate the priorities of business and homeowners to guide clients in a clear and personal manner.
Outside of work Naz enjoys travelling, cycling and spending time her family.
