Vivienne has over fifteen years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Vivienne completed the LPC at the University of Westminster in 2005 before qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2010. Prior to joining Jury O’Shea she worked for a number of regional firms based on the South Coast.
Vivienne is experienced in dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and voluntary lease extensions. She is active in local marketing and is passionate about building and maintaining good working relationship with other solicitors, estate agents and finance brokers.
Vivienne has a variety of different clients ranging from first time buyers to high net worth individuals. She builds good relationships with her clients ensuring that they are fully informed on all aspects of their transaction. She regularly receives positive feedback from clients at the end of a transaction.
Outside of work Vivienne enjoys travelling, keeping fit and spending time with her young family.
